http://HealthyEmployees.sd.gov is an online wellness program that assists you in setting goals to lead a healthier lifestyle.

This program is offered to all state employees and their covered spouses, including those employees that "Opt Out" of the state health plan. Retirees and their covered spouses under the age of 65 may participate. COBRA participants and their covered spouses may also participate.

By enrolling in this program, you are eligible for $100 per plan year in a Health Rewards and Wellness Account (HRWA), as well as up to four gift incentive items per plan year.

By completing at least one goal per fiscal year, you receive $100 in a HRWA. Each set of completed 3-month goals makes you eligible for an incentive item of your choice.

Only one completed goal is required for the $100 incentive; however, each member may sign up for up to three goals. The goals must be completed five days a week for three consecutive months.
