Health Screenings are now available for FY2012. Members who attend a Health Screening will receive a $50 non-tax Health Screening incentive. This incentive is placed in a Health Screening account with DAKOTACARE and may be used similar to Wellness incentive credits. Take control of your health by attending a free Health Screening offered by the State.
Health Plan Members who may take advantage of a free Health Screening include:
The Health Screening, which lasts about 30 minutes, includes:
- State employees,
- Spouses of State employees
- Blood Pressure
- Total Cholesterol
- High Density Lipoprotein (HDL)
- Total Cholesterol/HDL Ratio
- HaA1c (helps determine risk for Diabetes)
- Body Mass Index
- Carbon monoxide
- Waist to Hip Ratio

- Call Sanford Health at 605.328.1653. Note: Although appointments are not required, they are highly encouraged. Members without an appointment may not be able to receive a health screening.
